Hello crafting friends!
Look at these cute kids!!  They are preparing their own version of the Christmas play this year I think.  They are just so adorable!
This is a bridge fold card, you can find a tutorial here:

Elizabeth Craft Designs Round Easel Card

Hello crafty friends!
I've finally gotten around to making a round easel
card with the beautiful Joyous Ornament.

Closed

I built up the sentiment so that it acts like a stop to hold up the front (an easel).
I added rhinestones to the ornate die cut pattern.
The flowers are cut from the Soft Finish Cardstock then colored with Oxide inks for smooth coloring, I did leave some parts lighter on purpose.
I sponged the edges with a light tan.

The centers are filled with gold microbeads.

Impression Obsession -Theme Day-Holiday Cards and Tags

Hello crafting friends!
Today is all about holiday tags.  My first one is actually a card with with tag, you can take the tag off and use it on a package.

My background is paper dipped and/or drug through ink spritzed with water (Tim
Holtz technique).  Because Oxide ink will not get muddy when mixed with another color (drying between layers)...if you know about color you know that red and green mixed makes brown which is NOT what we want for Christmas. Start with either red or green, dry spritz with water, dry then dip in the other color and dry/spritz as much as you like.

My next is a tag for a gift and this one looks like Christmas to me.

Elizabeth Craft Designs Christmas Floral

 Hello Crafty friends!

Today I've gone with bright traditional Christmas colors using the Holly Jolly Christmas paper.

My centers are filled with gold Prills.
I used some gold beaded stamen in the arrangement as well.
I popped up layers for more dimension and used different elements from different die sets.
Glitter on the flowers and Glossy Accents on the berries for texture.
This to me is just a bright happy card.
