Heartfelt Creations Merry Christmas Easel Card

Good morning!
I've finally been able to use this beautiful crystal cut Chalice for decorating
a lovely shaped easel card!
This Chalice makes the perfect table centerpiece for an elegant floral arrangement at Christmas (I WISH I could have a real one that looks like this for my dining table at Christmas!!)
I've added a strand of silvery pearls, ornaments, flowers, pine cones and of course greenery to my centerpiece and placed it on my non-convensional
pink Christmas table cloth, but doesn't it make a
beautiful scene?
One of my sisters chooses a different color scheme
each year at Christmas and has tons of accessories to
go with them all. She arranges beautifully and this card reminds
me of her and some of her decorations.
It really just goes to show that not everyone likes
red and green for their Christmas colors, at least not EVERY year.
It would be just as easy to incorporate red though,
especially with certain paper collections from Heartfelt Creations.

Closed (This card lays flat, except for the dimensional flowers, for mailing)

Instructions:
Card size: 5 1/4" X 5 1/2" Start with a piece of white card stock 11 X 5 1/4", score at 5 1/2" and 8 1/4".   Cut another piece of white card stock 5 1/2"X 5 1/4" (this will be the card front).  Cut the top of the 5 1/2 X 5 1/4 with the Decorative Medallion die outer edge, also cut the bottom of the 11 X 5 1/4  (the 5 1/2" side) with the outer edge of the Medallion die.  Cut 2 of the Decorative Medallion inside part from white and glue to the cut edges to match.  Cut 2 large circle from dark pink decorative paper and 2 a bit smaller from light pink decorative paper.  Glue circle pairs together and then glue 1 set to the inside bottom and glue the other set to the front at the bottom.  Use Orchid Brilliance to sponge color on all the card edges.  Glue the front (bottom half) to the 2 3/4" end of card base (be careful not to get glue on the other part of front or card base so that card opens and closes properly)
To decorate the easel card: stamp crystal stemmed bowl, string of beads, and 1 set of ornaments with VersaMark them emboss with silver embossing powder. Stamp greenery-pine boughs and holly leaves with Fern Green and sponge with Leaf Green, cut pine cones and ornament sticks (cut ornaments off) with Rich Cocoa and lightly sponge with the same ink.  Stamp Festive Holly with black and color with Copic Markers. Stamp Merry Christmas with Magenta Hue.  Stamp poinsettias with Magenta Hue and sponge color with Orchid Brilliance. Stamp holly clusters with Fern Green and sponge with Leaf Green.  Die cut all pieces.  Start inside by put down some pearl swirl embellishments, glue the Merry Christmas down toward the bottom and glue some of the Holly and berries (from Festive Holly and Cardinals) on each side of the circle die cuts.  Glue some poinsettias down to make a stop for the card front (card will still lay mostly flat when closed).  Add glitter the flowers and leaves.  The front: start by laying down some more pearl swirls then add stemmed crystal bowl with foam tape (leave very top tape free so that you can stick stems in).  Glue and foam tape some Holly and Berries down to each side then start filling the crystal bowl with greenery, wood branches, ornaments, bead strands and pine cones.  Add snow to all the greenery, branches and pine cones.  Put together more flowers with stamen and glue down into bowl.  Add glitter to flowers and greenery and also add silver Nuvo or Liquid Pearls to strands of beads. Allow to dry thoroughly before touching.
Thanks for visiting!

Heartfelt Creations Circle Layered Christmas

Good morning friends!
I so love all the decorating elements to these sets!
I can make all kinds of arrangements for Christmas!
On these arrangements I used a lot of the dries white adhesive with glitter
to get the snow look on the pine cones and berries etc.  It is a fine
tip (because of the metal tip that fits on the bottle) and is easy to use
unlike a paste although I also use past for the ground and other larger
areas of snow.

Each page was so much fun to create!

I clipped off the small ornaments on some of the sticks for a more
rustic arrangement.

I have a song to share with you today.  It is called Reckless Love.
Verse 1
Before I spoke a word, You were singing over me
You have been so, so good to me
Before I took a breath, You breathed Your life in me
You have been so, so kind to me
Chorus
Oh, the overwhelming, never-ending, reckless love of God
Oh, it chases me down, fights 'til I'm found, leaves the ninety-nine
I couldn't earn it, and I don't deserve it, still, You give Yourself away
Oh, the overwhelming, never-ending, reckless love of God, yeah

There's no shadow You won't light up
Mountain You won't climb up
Coming after me
There's no wall You won't kick down
Lie You won't tear down
Coming after me
Verse 2
When I was Your foe, still Your love fought for me
You have been so, so good to me
When I felt no worth, You paid it all for me
You have been so, so kind to me

Repeat chorus

This song just really speaks to me about how much God loves me when I am not even worthy of any of His love!
He was seeking me when I didn't even know Him!
When I was in the darkest pit He lifted me up and washed me clean, He set me on a high hill and set His unending love upon me and blessed me.
He will do the same for you, there is no sin He cannot forgive.

Heartfelt Creations Christmas Village

Good morning!

Welcome to another week of inspiration from Heartfelt Creations!
This little deer has just come from Christmas Village and he has a sleigh full of presents for the children down in the valley.
He's very proud of himself today, this is his first time to pull the sleigh
and he can't wait to see the happy faces of all the children.
This is the story for my card today, looks like it doesn't it?

Instructions:
Card size: 6 1/2 X 6 1/2   Cut 1 piece of white 6 1/2 X 6 1/2” and another piece 6 1/2 X 7”, score the 7” side at 1/2" (this will be a tab for gluing the 2 pieces together to make the card base).  Cut a piece of decorative paper 6 X 6” and then cut a 3 1/4” circle in the center.  Cut a piece of Foam Sheet the same size with the circle in the center as well.  (It is always best to let the foam rest after running through the die cutting machine, I usually let rest over-night so that it can go back to its original size and shape, if you glue it before it has time to reform you will warp the panel because it will try to go back to shape but it has been glued, I hope you know what I mean).
When the foam has reformed glue it to the back of the decorative paper and glue it to the card base.  Cut a piece of decorative paper to match the village die then cut a circle for the sky and put them together to form a circle.  Lay it inside the raised panel. Use glue with fine tip to add glitter to trees and roof tops.  Make a circle frame for the opening and also cut 2 Festive Holiday Decorative dies from white to use top and bottom of circle opening and glue.  Stamp Festive Holly & Cardinals and sleigh with reindeer and sleigh extra piece with black Memento ink on white card stock and die cut.  Stamp trees, pine boughs and holly leaves with Fern Green, Stamp pine cones with Rich Cocoa Memento and poinsettias with Magenta Hue.  Sponge holly and pine boughs with Leaf Green, poinsettias with Brilliance Orchid and die cut all.  Color Pine cones, bird and holly, sleigh and reindeer with Copics.   Place poinsettias and holly in the shaping mold (up to 3 deep) mist with water between each set and run through the die cutting machine.  Let dry thoroughly and then make flowers by gluing 2 blossoms together pushing down in the center.  Add one set of holly underneath and then add gold Prills to the center.
Use the snow pen on the pine boughs, pine cones and trees, glitter then heat to puff. Glue the pieces onto the card front starting with the 2 taller trees on the left (add a bit of snow paste at the base of the trees), smaller trees part way up into the circle scene and then the sleigh and reindeer next on top of the tall trees.   Glue the pine boughs on then the holly & Cardinal.  Tuck the pine cones in and then glue poinsettias on.
