Instructions:

Card size: 4 3/4 X 6 3/4".  Start with a piece of heavy weight cardstock 9 1/2"X 7 1/4” folded to 4 3/4" X 7 1/4”.  Place outer outline die of Decorative Circles Frame Die so that it hangs over the fold about 1/4" (See video).  Die cut then cut another front also out of heavy weight cardstock (it is good to have a really firm solid base), match side and bottom edges.   Cut the outer outline from decorative paper then glue it to the front matching all edges.

Die cut the decorative part of the Decorative Circles and the 2 5/8” eyelet circle from “cactus flower color” cardstock.  Cut the large eyelet circle from Circle Basics from decorative paper and the smaller 2 1/8” scallop circle  (Decorative Circle Frames set) from decorative paper as well.  Stamp the sentiment on the scallop circle.  Cut a foam sheet circle to fit under the 2 5/8” eyelet circle to pop it up.  Glue the layers together according to size in the center of card except the last two circles.  Glue the foam under the “cactus flower cardstock eyelet circle then glue the sentiment circle on top of the cardstock circle now glue this stack to the far left side of the large eyelet circle.  Add tiny pearls around the sentiment circle.  Also add larger pearls to the decorative die cut layer.

Stamp Clematis using Cactus Flower Ink, die cut and sponge edges only.  Stamp the leaves using Fern Green, sponge with Leaf Green and Cactus Flower Inks, die cut then form flowers and leaves in the shaping mold (see video). For the stamen, fringe some yellow cardstock, roll it then glue it to the flower centers.  Prills fill the centers.  Stamp the Hydrangea petals using VersaMagic or any embossing clear ink then use the Opaque White to heat emboss.  Die cut and shape in their mold.  Insert a white bead stamen.

Arrange flowers and leaves on the right side of the sentiment circles.  Glitter the flowers and card base.  Paint Lacquer and Shimmer Additive mixed onto the leaves.

Instructions:

Card size: 4 3/4 X 7 1/8”.  Side fold, Place die on a piece of White cardstock folded to 5 X 7 1/2" with the left side hanging over the edge just past cutting edge to get as full as possible to card size.  Cut another front to get complete shape then glue it to the card base.  From decorative lavender papercut the decorative inside with the outer edge outline and inner outline as well (tape dies together to get the best spacing).  Place the Happy Birthday die somewhere on the inside (it will cut separately so it does not need to be taped in place.  Sponge all the edges of lavender die cuts then glue them to the card front with the Happy Birthday in the center of open spot.

Stamp the butterfly and fern with Memento, die cut and color.  Stamp the filler with Fern Green, sponge with yellow, die cut.  Stamp the Clematis with Deep Purple, sponge with Majestic Violet, die cut.  Stamp Clematis leaves with Fern Green, sponge with Leaf Green and Majestic Violet, die cut.  Use the shaping mold to form the flowers and the leaves.   Fringe some yellow cardstock and roll to make Clematis Stamen.  Glue into centers then add Prills.

Pop up butterfly body at the top right side of card then add pearls to the tail end to form a flight trail.  (If you don’t have yellow pearls just dye the pearls using alcohol ink like Copic).

Start at the bottom left side to arrange Clematis and leaves going upward on the die cut trellis.  Insert the yellow Rose Hip Stamen and white Pollen Stamen.  Insert the fern and yellow filler flowers.  Add Nuvo drops of yellow or Liquid Pearls to the filler flowers to add interest.  Glitter all the flowers and the card front randomly.  Add yellow acrylic dots where desired to finish arrangement.  Use a brush to “paint on” shimmer/lacquer mixture on the fern and leaves.

My next card features those sweet little birds
and birdhouse.

Instructions:

Card size: 4 1/4 X 6”.  Make card base by placing the outer outline of the Royale Gateway die off the fold at the top of white heavy weight cardstock.  Cut a new front using the same die from silver Luxe and from decorative paper.  Glue the silver onto card front matching bottom and sides.  Glue the decorative paper on top of the silver but slightly off-set leaving a silver edge on 1 side or the other.

Stamp the sentiment using Deep Purple on to the center of decorative paper panel about 1” from the bottom.

Die cut gate from silver and from white, off-set the white and glue onto the silver.  Glue this set to the card front.

Stamp the small arch spray, the birdhouse and a set of birds using black, die cut and color.  Stamp the Clematis (medium and small) using Deep Purple, sponge with the same, die cut and shape in the mold.  Insert Dyed yellow Rock Candy Stamen or fringe a piece of yellow cardstock with scissors (both are done on this sample).

Pop the arch up on upper part of the gate, pop the birdhouse up on the right side of gate.  Add small Clematis to some of the flowers and medium Clematis to the bottom of birdhouse post.  Pop the birds up on and around the birdhouse.  Glitter all the flowers and add Prills to the centers of the image flowers and center of the fringed stamen flowers.

Thoughtful!

Good morning!
If you are like me you love purple!  These flowers
are sooo purple (the real ones I have are even more
purple than these).  They love to climb to
the trellis stamps and dies are perfect for these beauties!

Instructions:
Card size: 5 X 7”.  Start with a piece of white heavy cardstock 7 1/2 X 10” fold in half to make 5 X 7 1/2" then die cut Gateway outer outline placing die slightly off the fold.  Cut another front piece and also cut 1 from decorative purple paper.  Glue the white and paper fronts to the folded card.

Tape together the Decorative Teardrop with the inside of the Regal Lattice dies (don’t use any inner outline die) then die cut from white and from gold cardstock.  Off-set a little then glue together.  Glue stack to card front.

Stamp the Clematis (large, medium and small) using Deep Purple.  Sponge solidly with Majestic Violet making nice purple flowers.  Shape in the mold then insert stamen after sponging them with yellow, now cut off all the pearl ends (I know that sounds terrible but the stamen for Clematis is more “hairy” than other stamen).  Stamp the leaves with Fern Green, sponge with Leaf Green and Majestic Violet, die cut then shape in the mold.

Stamp the straight and the curved Clematis sprays using black, die cut and color.  Stamp the Wild Aster Spray Using Deep Purple, sponge and die cut.  Stamp the sentiment using Majestic Violet onto a decorative paper tag, die cut.  Die cut the smallest scallop circle from Decorative Circle Frame Die to mat the circle tag.  Tie a small purple bow and glue it to the round tag.

Glue the curved spray to the top and the straight spray at the bottom to start. Glue some small Clematis to the top then make a nice arrangement of Clematis at the bottom left side.  Insert leaves and Wild Aster Spray pieces where desired.  Tuck the tag in toward the center.  Glitter all the flowers. Add Prills to the images of Clematis left showing on the sprays. Paint the lacquer onto leaves.

For my next card I changed up the purple for some
lovely pink.

Instructions:
Card size: 4 3/4 X 6 3/4". Start with a 12 X 5” piece of heavy white cardstock, fold to 6 X 5 then die cut with the outer outline leaving the die hang off fold almost 1”.  Cut another front piece and glue it to the card base.

Cut the decorative die from white and from gold, off-set and glue together then glue the set to the card front.  Cut the decorative oval part from white and gold again, off-set then glue together and add to the card.

Stamp the small arch spray 2 times, the birds and the birdhouse using black, die cut and color.  Stamp the Clematis (medium and small) using Magenta Hue, sponge, die cut then shape in the mold.  Die cut stamen from yellow cardstock, cut little ends off.  Glue stamen to the centers then fill centers with Prills as well.  Add Prills to the Clematis images on the sprays as well.  For the small buds, cut small Clematis in half and curl closed over a wired white bead stamen.

Stamp the sentiment on vellum using VersaMark then emboss with gold powder.  Cut close to sentiment and fishtail ends to make a banner.

Glue the spray arches at the top and bottom of oval, add the birdhouse to the center, tuck end of post under bottom spray.  Add the buds and flowers to the sprays and 1 on the birdhouse post.  Add the 2 little birds top and bottom.  Glitter all the followers and card.

For My Friend Clematis Debut

Good morning!
Excited to show these Clematis today!!  I have the
most gorgeous purple one in my backyard, I LOVE it!
This new collection also has a birdhouse and birds.
I used the decorative paper with the birdhouse on the panel
but stamped and popped up the birds to go with it.

Instructions:
Card size: 5 X 7”.  Cut 2 white and 2 gold of the Regal Lattice Gateway decorative die glue sets together, off-setting slightly.  Cut a card base from the Regal Lattice Gateway Inner outline by placing the die about ¼” off the fold on top.  When cut, score 1 of the halves in half again at 2 3/8”, fold downward to inside of card.  Cut another inner outline to make a front then glue it to the bottom of front folded down piece on card base.  To this front glue 1 of the white and gold sets matching bottoms.  Glue the other white and gold set to the inside, also matching bottoms when card is closed.

Cut 2 inner outline die cuts from pretty decorative paper with the birdhouse and fence.  Glue them onto the front and the inside.

Stamp Clematis small and medium sizes using Deep Purple, sponge with combo of Deep Purple and Majestic Violet, die cut.  Stamp leaves using Fern Green, sponge with Leaf Green and Purples, die cut then form flowers and leaves in the shaping mold.  Cut the stamen from yellow paper either fringing or using the Arianna or Petunia stamen dies.  Glue them to the centers then fill centers with Prills.

(Most Clematis I’ve seen have only 1 layer on petals so these flowers were made with that in mind).

Stamp the birds, 2 sets, using Tuxedo Black ink, die cut then color.  Shape slightly from the back then add foam pop ups. Stamp the decorative paper tag using Deep Purple with the sentiment, die cut.

Glue the flowers on the inside so that it will keep the card open at desired spot, add leaves and 1 set of birds then add the tag with ribbon.  Glue more flowers to the birdhouse panel on the front of card then add the other set of birds.

Add the rhinestones and multi-loop bows made from light blue silk 1/8” ribbon.  Glue them to the inside and front of card.  Now add Rajni’s Crystal Clear to the flowers and Ultrafine to the card.  Paint some lacquer mixed with shimmer additive on the leaves.

My next card uses one of my favorite die sets!

Instructions:
Card size: 4 3/4 X 6 3/4".  Start with a piece of heavy weight cardstock 9 1/2"X 7 1/4” folded to 4 3/4" X 7 1/4”.  Place outer outline die of Decorative Circles Frame Die so that it hangs over the fold about 1/4".  Die cut then cut another front also out of heavy weight cardstock (it is good to have a really firm solid base).  Die cut the decorative section from Silver and from white.  Use the largest non-eyelet circle from Eyelet Circle and Basics to cut the center from the white decorative die cut only then use it to die cut a foam circle.  Glue the white and silver together then glue foam under the decorative dies.   Cut the large eyelet die of Decorative Circles from white.  Cut the next size Eyelet die from white and also from foam (Fun Foam sheet).  Stamp the sentiment, at 1 side, using Majestic Violet on last white eyelet die cut then glue foam under circle.  Stack all dies together on card front.

Stamp Clematis, large, medium and small using Majestic Violet, sponge and die cut.  Stamp the leafy Accents using Fern Green, sponge with Leaf Green and Violet, die cut and form all in their molds. Stack 2 of each size flower together for all flowers.   For the large flower, insert white pollen stamen with white bead stamen.  For all the rest of the flowers just use the medium bead stamen.

Stamp the Hydrangea petals using VersaMark then emboss with white powder and heat.  Use 1 bead stamen in the centers.  Cut the wires on all the flowers short at the base.  Curl some of the white wires for arrangement.   Glitter all the flowers with Rajni’s Crystal Clear.

Stamp the butterfly using VersaMark on watercolor paper then emboss with white, die cut then wet the surface, apply Zig Clean Color.

Arrange flowers and leaves around the right side, bottom and top of sentiment circle.  Insert small flowers and curled wires where they look best to you.  Pop up the body of the butterfly and add it to the left top.
