June Release Day 1

Welcome to the June Release Hop!

My second card is all about dads! Most dads love a BBQ, whether they are doing the BBQing or just enjoying a BBQ with family.

The cute circle openings show the inside's BBQ goodies.

I have a third card this morning using the Good In The Woods Stamp set.

In this house, we love to hike and backpack.

In fact, my son (who is not a dad) is hiking the John Muir Trail this summer...200 and something miles.

It ends at Mt. Whitney Portal after climbing to the top of the highest peak in the lower 48 (Mt. Whitney).

He starts the hike climbing Half Dome (Iconic dome in Yosemite National Park)

Enjoy The Journey

Hello there!

Totally loving this Hiking Boot and Outdoor Adventure stamp set!

Hiking and backpacking have been our lives for 40 years of marriage. Every chance we got we went. It is easy when you live just outside a National Park like Yosemite.

This card uses: DIE1217-T Lg Hiking Boot, CL1177 Outdoor Adventure, DIE797-YY Crazy Stitched Set, DIE988-V Scenic Bear

For this card I used DIE1217-T Lg, Hiking Boot, DIE782-YY

Desert Scene, CL1177 Outdoor Adventure, Die965-Y Small Tags

and DIE837-YY Wacky Stitched Circles

My husband LOVES this card. He is really in love with the red rock country of Utah and Arizona.

June I.O. Release Adventure

Hello everyone!

Here is a card that is fun for several occasions, Father's Day, birthday, graduation, retirement, etc. You get it!

Today I used the new DIE1217-T Large Hiking Boot Die, DIE797-YY Crazy Stitched Set, CL1177 Outdoor Adventures, and Basic 3 Browns Paper Pad

I used twine to lace the boots and a silver pen on the eyelets. I used a brown liner pen to ink the stitch lines on the boots.
