My second card features these beautiful butterflies, solid and outlines.

I also used a background piece made with glossy cardstock and alcohol inks.

February Release Day 3

CL1315 Hello Spring Bunnies, DIE1322 Hello Spring Bunnies, CL1295 First Blooms,

PP032 Tiny Flowers, DIE1304 Rounded Corner Stitched Square

This cute bunny has a cotton tail made with a tiny white pom pom. 

I used some silk ribbon to embellish and popped up the image square as well as the die cut sentiment.

On this card I used the solid stamp included in the set to make a background with various spring colored inks.

The bunny ribbons are stamped on top of the bunnies, I just masked off a small part of each bunny before stamping.

The ribbon is over the background but under the die cut image (which is popped up with a foam sheet) then secured behind the background

layer. The layers are then glued to a blue card.

I also used 2 blue rhinestones on the lower right corner.

Product Focus-Backgrounds

Hello crafting friends!

Today we are creating backgrounds with stamps, stencils or dies.

My background and frame are created by 1 stamp, I also used the square stencil and then cutout to make the frame.

DIE1297 Jumbo Pinked Stitched Sentiment Banner (right side cut off), STEN047-A4 Square Stencil

 

The frame is popped up with black foam sheet.

To cut the frame you need a craft knife with steel edge ruler or a cutter that lets you start and stop cutting where you want to (NOT a guillotine style cutter)

Impression Obsession Product Focus

Hello friends!

Today Is Product Focus Monday so my card features DIE780-YY Sunset on a Horse

CC048 Crackle, DIE814-U Pinked Stitched Sentiment Banner, and WP1102 Typewriter Slimline Shorts.

I used a background that I sprayed with Oxide Spray Inks and set aside to dry. I thought the Cover A Card Stamp, Crackle, was perfect for a desert scene.

To me he looks like he is thinking about his sweetheart at home.
