Card size: 5 X 7” with tree blossoms overhanging by 1 1/4".  Using the Gateway Fold Card, die cut all 3 tops with the outer section of Lattice Flourish Gateway Die.  Cut the Lattice bottom portion out of first 2 panels and replace the lattice insert (reinforce backs so that there is something to glue to wherever possible).  Cut the decorative tops of the first 2 panels and cut and extra decorative top portion for the back panel out of white.

Stamp tree, cherry blossoms (enough for tree and 2 arched tops), mailbox, nest with birds, leaves, cottage, greenery for cottage, extra chimney, grasses, berry bushes and 1 potted plant using black.

Die cut and color.  Glue several cherry blossoms over arches of 1st and 2nd arch way.  Glue the mailbox to the right side of 1st panel with nest and birds on top of it.  Glue grasses along the bottom then glue potted plant on left bottom corner. Glue the 2 berry bushes at each corner of the center panel then glue the bottom grasses.

 On the back panel, die cut decorative paper using the outer die, glue to the back, glue decorative white die cut to the top then glue the cottage to the bottom, leave top open so tree can be glued in behind.  Glue the tree behind cottage, glue cherry blossoms onto tree.  Glue all the greenery around the cottage.

Stamp French Cottage blossoms (smallest) using Magenta Hue, sponge, die cut and form.  Fill with green Prills.  Sponge Magenta Hue onto white cardstock an area about 2 X 3” then die cut Happy Birthday from it.  Glue it in the archway over cottage.  Glue French Cottage blossoms on all three arches add leaves as desired.  Randomly glitter card.

Now it's time for fall...let's skip summer this year!
Well, I know some of you love summer but
I am not a fan summer, it's way too hot!!

Card size: 4 7/8 X 6 3/4". Start with the Gateway Fold card base folded.  Place largest Eyelet Gateway Die centered on card.  Die cut down 3”, turn card and die cut up 2” leaving approximately 1 1/2" of fold.  Recut any panels as needed.  Cut 3 white largest Eyelet Gateway Die and cut 3 decorative paper die the next size down (it has a plain edge).  Before gluing anything down sponge yellow ink on  the fold/score areas that will show.  Glue the white Eyelet Gateway die cuts over matching edges then glue decorative paper.  Cut 3 pieces of green decorative paper 1 1/2 X 4 1/4".  Tear the top off all three pieces then glue to the bottom of each panel.

Stamp tree, maple leaves (several), cottage, cart, cottage greenery, fall veggies, sunflowers, and fence using black, die cut and color.   Glue cottage to 3rd panel glue greenery around it.  Glue tree and cart to the 2nd panel.  For the maple leaves shape a little from the top then glue to tree (save 3 for the first panel).  Glue the fence, sunflowers and fall Veggies to the 1st panel.  Glue the last 3 maple leaves to the top left of 1st panel.

Stamp Sunflowers using Peanut Brittle, sponge with yellow, die cut then edge with Peanut Brittle again.  Shape in the Basic Shaping Mold then squeeze tips.  Glue 2-3 flowers together for each sunflower.  Fill centers with Redland Elements.  Stamp leaves with Fern Green, sponge with Leaf Green, die cut and shape.  Add a few leaves to the sunflowers at right corner of 1st panel.

Stamp sentiment on ivory using Tiger Lily, die cut and glue onto 3rd panel above cottage.  Randomly glitter all 3 panels.

If you seriously seek truth you will find it in God's Word.

Sweet Friend Cottage

Good morning!
I have another cottage scene to show you today!  When
I first saw the collection I thought of a gate that would open onto a scene and that thought brought me right to the Tulip Time fence.
It worked perfectly as a card front opening to the inside scene.

Even a place for another sentiment inside the fence!

Instructions:

Card size: 5 3/4 square (leaves of tree hang over 1”).  Cut a card back 5 3/4" square, cut a piece of decorative cardstock the same.  Die cut 1 ivory Courtyard Elegance (trim edges to fit if necessary).  Glue it to the decorative paper.  Make a tab to connect fence to card back.  Make it about 3/4" wide 2 1/4" tall then score in half.  Glue tab to the bottom INSIDE of back.  Glue the paper and die cut to the back covering the tab.

Stamp 3 fence pieces using black, cut 1 in half.  Stamp tree, several leaves, cottage, plants, potted plants, nest, birds and extra chimney using black, die cut and color.  Glue 2 fence together back to back sandwiching the tab, then glue the 2 half fences together back to back and onto the whole fence making a longer fence to cover entire width of the card back.

Cut a piece of decorative green paper 1” X 5 3/4" then glue it to the bottom of the card base.  Glue Tree truck to the left side of base high enough so that it won’t be covered completely by the cottage. Glue the cottage and plants to the green paper.  Pop up extra chimney.

Stamp sentiments using Danube Blue.  Cut out the Sweet Friend with matching die and cut out the Sending you a hug using the Tickets and Tags Die set.  Fish tail the sending you a hug then glue it to the inside of fence.  Glue the Sweet Friend to the upper right corner of card base.  Glue the leaves onto tree and glue the little nest with birds in the tree.  Glue 1 potted plant to corner of the cottage, glue the other 2 potted plants to the outside of the fence.  Randomly glitter card.

Cozy Winter Wishes

Good morning!  Welcome to a new debut.
This collection as the cottage (I LOVE it!) and
accessory stamps for each season.
Since it's after Christmas, I traded out the gift
in the snowman's hand to the cardinals sitting on his branch arm.
I used berries and tiny Cherry Blossoms (instead of poinsettias)
to make a pretty border for the arch.
The Tulip collection Gate was just perfect
to finish my scene when the card is closed.

Card size: 5 1/8 X 7”.  Using the 5 X 7 Gateway Fold card Base, center the Elegant Swirl Gateway Die over base while closed.  Cut half way down (it will not cut all the way through but do it anyway). Turn card around and cut up about 1 1/2" (this will leave a about a 1 1/2” fold on both sides).  Unfold card and finish cutting through each 1/3 placing the die on the indented cut areas.  Cut the outside edge only on the first and third panel (make sure to leave the folds, do not cut all the way across).  I used my Big Shot Plus for these cuts.

Cut decorative paper with the outer die again for all 3 panels.  Cut 2 of these in half, score and fold the 1st and 3rd panel to form a gatefold card.  The two decorative paper panels cut in half will go on these 2 panels.  Avoid the score/fold line when gluing paper. Use the second and third dies to cut 3 white decorative aches.   Cut 2 arches in half, glue the full arch in the center, glue the two arches cut in half on the sides avoiding score/fold.

Stamp the cottage and all the winter pieces cutting the birds 3 times and the berries several times using black, cut the Tulip fence using black.  Die cut and color.  Stamp leaves using Fern Green, sponge with Leaf Green, stamp smallest blossoms using Vermillion sponge with Carnation Red. Die cut and form in the mold.  Fill centers with white Prills.

Stamp sentiment with Vermillion then die cut with the long die of Arrows and Banner Die (shorten as necessary).

Glue some white paper at the bottom of center panel (about 1 1/4") glue the cottage at the top of “yard” snow white paper.  Glue snowy bushes around house.  Use Dries White Adhesive and glitter for the yard and bushes.  Use Stickles painted on with a brush over the snowy roof. Glue sentiment about 1/4" above cottage roof.  Glue berries and birds at the top of the arch.

Cut fence in half then glue a half to each folded front.  Glue berries all the way around arch and more at each corner.  Glue some leaves over bottom of berries at the corners.  Glue tiny blossoms around the arch and add tiny leaves as desired.  Cut gift off of snowman’s branch hand then glue a pair of birds onto his arm instead, re-enforce birds as they extend over the center.  Pop up snowman, pop up a bird on each fence post.  Randomly glitter card.  Use a palette knife to apply texture paste on both sides of the front under fence, glitter the paste before it dries.

Thanks for visiting!

Card size: 4 1/2 X 6 1/2".   Fold white cardstock to 4 3/4 X 6 3/4" with fold on the side then use the scallop part of the Scalloped Flourish Gateway to cut leaving the left side of the die over-hanging fold by about 1/4" then cut another full front with the scalloped die.  Glue the front on.  Tape the top and bottom inner section of the Scalloped Flourish Gateway die and the center section of the Ornate Flourish Gateway die onto the front of card and die cut through both thicknesses of the front to make a window into the inside of card.

Make a frame of gold using the frame section of the Ornate Flourish Gateway die and then after die cutting place the curved dies with the little holes from the Scalloped Flourish Gateway on the gold frame to fit curves and die cut.  Thread the holes with gold metallic thread.  Bake multi-loop bows with the gold thread and glue them on the right side ends of the threaded holes.  Trim tails as needed.  Glue the gold frame to the card front.

For the inside: cut a light gold decorative paper Gateway frame then glue it to the inside.  Cut a smaller gold gateway frame with holes from Elegant Swirl Gateway Die then glue it to the center of the inside.  Stamp sentiment using Majestic Violet on white then die cut with an oval.  Glue the sentiment oval to the center of inside.

Stamp Fillers and accents using Majestic Violet (leaves with Fern Green).  Sponge fillers and accents with Majestic Violet then edge with Deep Purple for shading.  Sponge leaves with Leaf Green.  Use some Copic Markers to color stems.

Stamp Wild Roses with embossing ink, emboss with glittered gold then die cut and shape with the mold.  Glue 2 layers together then insert stamen.

Place a piece of waxed paper between card front and inside of card to keep any glue from getting on the inside (and gluing the card together, disaster!) Then arrange flowers, fillers and leaves on the front left bottom corner.  Glitter the flowers with Rajni’s Crystal Clear and glitter the card with Ultrafine glitter.  Paint the leaves with a combination of Shimmer additive and Lacquer.  Let everything dry thoroughly before removing waxed paper.

Psalms 91:1-2, 14-16

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in Him I will trust.”

“Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him;
I will [e]set him on high, because he has known My name.
15 He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him;
will be with him in trouble;
I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With [f]long life I will satisfy him,
And show him My salvation.”
