DRS Designs Challenge #209 Heart to Heart

Good morning!
This is a special fold card that I've made for the heart challenge this week.
I used the very cute Cupig 607G for the front.

This photo shows the flaps a little better and how they over-lap.
Open

The edges of all three panels are sponged and stamped with 808H Interlocking Hearts.  I die cut 3 pink scallop hearts to place on each panel (the two sides are glued over the half cut out hearts making the flaps that fold over each other).  Inside I stamped the 664G Be My Valentine Question Mark  on one of the pink hearts then I punched and die cut some smaller hearts to glue to the right side flap then I stamped it with one of the 670D Hugs 4 in 1 words "Hugz".
It was a little hard getting this card to stand up straight because of the heart point bottoms so it may look a bit crooked but it really isn't.

DRS Challenge #194-Heavy Metal

Good morning!
Time for a new challenge!!

Since this challenge is to use metal, I have covered cardstock with Aluminum foil and colored it with Alcohol Inks then embossed it with an embossing folder.  I used silver micro beads on the spider (along with magenta) and I added silver nailheads.  The die cut web (Memory Box) is silver mirror finish cardstock.
I love this spider with googly eyes and it seemed perfect to go with my sentiment so I added those when I was finished coloring and curling up the spider legs.
The count could be the guest of honor for dinner...I don't know, do you? I colored and fussy cut him as well as the spider.  The fence is a rickety fence die cut.
I hope you will join the challenge this week.  You can find the other designer's samples and the link to join the challenge HERE.

DRS Challenge #146 Any Autumn Holiday

Good Thursday to you all!
Hope you are having a lovely week so far and hope you're enjoying the fall weather!
Well, the challenge this week is for any Autumn holiday, so since tomorrow is Halloween, I decided to take this last opportunity !
DRS stamps used: Count Porkula 134D, Vertical Happy Halloween 538D, Spooky Tree w/Moon 070L, Accent Bats 517A, Snowy tree w/fence 144M
I only had to do a bit of masking for this little scene.  I stamped Count Porkula first then masked him and stamped the spooky tree w/moon.  Then I stamped the snowy tree with fence.  I changed the piles of snow to piles of leaves.  Hey why not? I colored with Copics including the sky that is a blue and purple/pink. I added a die cut bat and a die cut fence.  The jack-o-lantern in front is a decorative brad.

Remember, there is a prize given!!!
Have a great rest of your week and get stampin!
