Instructions:

Card size: 6 X 6”. Cut heavy white cardstock to 6 X 12” then fold in half. To this base add a light green decorative paper on top first sized 2 1/2 X 5 3/4".  Cut a piece of the striped decorative paper sized 3 1/2 X 5 3/4" and glue to card front making the bottom and side borders 1/8” same as the top, papers will over-lap where they meet.  Cut a piece of lavender decorative paper sized 3/8” X 5 3/4" then glue it over the place where papers meet (the seam).

Cut a large white Circle and a large Eyelet Circle from decorative paper using the large and small Circle Die sets.  Stamp the sentiment on the right side of the Eyelet Circle using Deep Purple Ink.  Glue these to the center of card front.

Stamp the Trellis and large arched spray using Tuxedo Black Memento, die cut then color.  Pop up the spray at the top and pop up the trellis at the left side of circles.

Stamp the Clematis using Deep Purple, sponge, die cut then form in the mold.  Stamp the leaves using Fern Green, sponge with Leaf Green and purple, die cut then form in the mold (form flowers and leaves at the same time for convenience).  Die cut the small Arianna stamen and the small Petunia stamen from yellow cardstock, roll or shape as required by each die cut.  Cut off the little ball ends.  Glue them to flower centers then add Prills to the centers.  Add Prills to the image Clematis centers as well.

Glue the flowers and leaves on top of trellis and arched spray.  Make some buds using the pearl stamen to wrap petals around (cut 2 or 3 small Clematis in half for these buds).  Glitter all the flowers and randomly glitter the card front.

Add purple ribbon and tulle.  Glitter the tulle by sponging glue on and sprinkling glitter.

My next card features the new decorative gate from

Instructions:

 Card size: 4 3/4 X 6 1/2".

Make a shaped card by hanging the outer die of the Palace Gateway Die over the folder edge of card at the top by about 1/4" (see Video on creating shaped cards).   The card base will be minus the top 1/4" so cut another card front using the same die.

Cut a silver Luxe and a white cardstock decorative Palace Gateway then glue them together slightly off-set.  Glue them to the card base.

Stamp all 3 sizes of the Magnolia Blossoms using Deep Purple Archival Ink (stamp 3 of the same size for each flower), die cut then sponge the edges and centers with the same ink.  Also stamp the leaves Using Fern Green, sponge with Leaf Green and Purple, die cut.  Shape leaves and blossoms in the shaping molds. Glue 3 of the same size blossoms together for each flower.  The buds at 2 petals of a small blossom and the 2 larger buds are 4 blossoms, 3 stamp side facing up and 1 closed with stamping out. Insert 1 white Bead stamen and about 5 Rock Candy Stamen for each large flower, a white Bead and 4 Rock Candy for each medium flower and a white Bead Stamen for the small and buds.

Stamp the Sweet Magnolia Buds using Tuxedo Black (Memento works for alcohol ink markers), die cut then color with alcohol inks (Copic Markers).  Cut these as needed when arranging.

Arrange the leaves and flowers on the gate then insert the stamped bud stems where needed.  Glitter all the flowers.

Mix 3D Lacquer with Shimmer Additive then paint it on the leaves with a brush (be sure to put the brush in water and clean it as soon as possible.  Do not allow lacquer to dry on any brush).

For the inside: Use some purple paper from the Clematis Collection to cover the inside using the outer die of the Palace Gateway Die.  Die cut the Ironwork Sentiment from Silver Luxe and from white cardstock then glue them together slightly off-set.  Glue them to the card inside on top of the purple paper.

Thank you for visiting today!
