ODBDSLC214- Fall Inspiration week 2

Hello everyone, hope you are having a fantastic week so far!
This is our second week for the Fall Inspiration challenge and here is my second card.  I love the Zinnia because they really do come in so many colors, so, they make a great fall card in yellows and oranges! My bows are again, seam binding that I have dyed to match.   My doily, mostly covered, is embossed with white then sponged with color.  The borders are inlayed even though that is hard to see from this photo.  I cut them out of white and cut them out of my green background then laid the white ones inside of the holes created in my green background.  This is why you can see the orange card base under the border as well. The large Zinnias are double layered and have a combo of Flower Soft and gold glitter in the centers. They also have more than one layer of foam tape to really pop them up!  I cut the sentiment out with the small Zinnia die and sponged color onto it.

ODBD stamps used: Zinnia, Doily Blessing
ODBD dies used: Zinnia and leaves, Beautiful Borders, Doily
ODBD paper used: Blushing rose

Ps. 103:15-18
"As for man, his days are like the grass; as a flower of the field, so he flourishes.  For the wind passes over it, and it is gone, and its place is remembers it no more.  But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, and His righteousness to children's children, to such as keep His covenant, and to those who remember His commandments to do them!"
Flowers are beautiful, part of God's glorious creation but they fade quickly and are gone.  In contrast to eternity, man's life is like the flower and passes quickly.  What we do here while we are living this life is vitally important concerning eternity.  Are we living for God and receiving eternal rewards or are we living for ourselves?  This life is but a speck in the eternal line called time.  Don't think about just the here and now, think about life eternal and the only way to live is through Jesus Christ.  He said, "I am the Way the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. John 14:6
It isn't a hardship to live for Christ...He blesses your heart and soul with such beautiful light and cleanses you and makes your life fulfilling.  Even as times grow hard and tragedy happens, He lifts you up and holds you in His arms with comfort.  He never said everything would be easy but He said He would be with us and see us through any situation.  Do you want to go through things alone or have the King of kings on your side helping you through.
I hope you have a blessed week and peace in your soul!
