Good morning!
It's cowboy country!!

Ride Em Cowboy, Double Stitched Circles, Sunburst Background, Double Stitched Rectangles
This next card is sunset in the desert.
I tapped Distress inks on foil then sprayed with water and then dunked my cardstock into it (times 2). I let those dry and then stamped my Howdy image using my Misti onto one of them. I die cut it using the Double Stitched Rectangles, then lined it with black. I used the other inked panel as a background along with black cardstock cut with the Double Stitched Rectangles as well. The Howdy and Cactus are from the Howdy set too and I stamped them with my Misti as well. I stamped an extra cactus and cut it out, outlining with black so that no white edges would show.

Ride Em Cowboy, Double Stitched Circles, Sunburst Background, Double Stitched Rectangles
This cowboy is witnessing God's handiwork at sunrise! What a beautiful sky God has created and it seems to be just for him!
I stamped my cowboy on white using my Misti and Versafine Black ink. Because it is a silhouette stamp I thought it best to stamp it more than once to get a really good black image.
I then cut him out at the top and left some hills/mountains to set against the sunrise sky. I colored them in various shades of purple. Before I glued my image to the sunburst sunrise sky, I added a circle for the sun using my Double Stitched Circles (the sun rays were done using the sunburst bg die.)
I created the bottom part of this easel card to match the colors on top and stamped it with one of my favorite verses from this beautiful set. This card is perfect for your favorite guy on Father's Day.
Hubby loves it!!

My embellishments for this card is just some Baker's Twine wound around the layers (before adding it to a card base) and then making a little "wound cowboy rope" at the end.
My husband loved these cards!! He loves the beauty of God's creation and especially the gorgeous skies that God creates.
Thanks for visiting today and may God bless you!!
