Shadow Box Scene-Heartfelt Creations

Good morning!

Today I have a shadow box made using the Woodsy Woodland stamps and dies from Heartfelt Creation.

From straight on

Another peek

Cover inside back of shadow box with a piece of 6 1/8 X 6 1/8” paper  and one for the front 6 1/8 X 6 1/8” paper (cutting away center to match opening of box), from the Woodsy collection and cut smaller pieces to fit sides and top 7/8 X 6 1/8”.  Glue all pieces in place and sponge edges with Tea Dye ink.
Stamp, die cut and Copic color all woodsy critters, landscape pieces and wonderland pieces.
Working in layers from the front, piece together scene on a base of green cut with the Fleur border Basics-non decorative edge (cut 4 bases altogether from green).
Piece together each layer using the base piece as ground and placing object so that they can best be seen.  On the last layer (with the deer) add double thickness of foam tape to the backs of deer and trees so that they will stand up away from back paper scene.
I glued each layer on before putting my box together and after securing the inside accordion tabs to the two fold in flaps just to make sure they stayed apart.
After everything was thoroughly dry I put my box together and then glued my front scene to the face of the shadow box.
Form and shape flowers and branch (from Birds and Blooms) and cut out extra flowers to make double blooms and to make the extra buds and bloom added to the branch, then add Marigold Prills to the centers and glitter to the petals.   Cut branch apart in one place and glue both pieces on the top of box front, then glue cardinal (from Woodsy Critters) to the top of branch.
Add Prills to the bottom of box front for flowers, Stickles to stamped flowers, and Glossy Accents to eyes of critters

Another side view to see a bit more

Materials:
Glossy Accents
Stickles
Glitter-clear
Distress ink- Tea Dye, Shabby Shutters, Mowed Lawn
Foam tape

Hope you have enjoyed taking a peek at my shadow box.  I loved making it.  It was a lot of fun to create the scene with the help of Heartfelt Creations paper and 6 X 6 fold out card.
Thanks for visiting today!
