Heartfelt Creations- Purple Tinted Chapel Window

Good morning!

Purple Tinted Chapel Window
I just love this Botanic Window, don't you?  It makes such a wonderful window scene or garden decoration.

See all the other designer sample at the Heartfelt Blog site.

Products:
Other products: Micro Beads, White card stock, Purple card stock, Glossy white card stock, Pearls, Glitter, Crystal Stickles, Ribbon (light green), Fun Foam, 3-M Foam tape.
Instructions:  Card size: 6 X 6
Start with 12 x 6” heavy weight white card stock, score at 6” and fold in half tent style.  Die cut the Botanic window out of a piece of Fun foam (5 1/2 X 5 1/2) and also out of a piece of designer paper 5 ¾ X 5 ¾” from the Petunia collection then glue the Fun Foam to the back of designer paper matching window openings.   On a piece of glossy white card stock (large enough to cover the window opening), sponge with a violet and a light green dye ink then glue it to the back of the Fun Foam window.   Glue a piece of purple card stock 5 7/8 X 5 7/8” to the card base then add the Fun Foam/decorative paper and glossy paper sandwich to the card base on top of the purple card stock.  Die cut the Botanical Window frame pieces out of white linen card stock and then glue to the window opening.  Die cut the Regal Border from white linen and glue to the top of the card.  Stamp and die cut Petunia Flowers & leaves, Leafy Branch Leaves, Classic Leaf and Regal Hummingbirds from white card stock, color hummingbirds with Copic Markers, sponge flowers with violet and leaves with light green.  Lightly mist flowers with water then shape with Heartfelt Flower Shaping Kit, let dry completely, fill bottom of flowers with dark purple micro beads.  Shape leaves.  Glue 2 Classic Leaf die cuts left of the window (one on top and one on the bottom) then arrange flowers on top of the Classic Leaf die cuts.  Fill in with Leafy Branch Leaves and light green ribbon “tails”.  Stick foam tape on the backs of hummingbirds and attach them to the card.  Make a bow, having long tails, for the top right side of card and then add one flower on top of the bow. Finish decorating with pearl halves and glitter.  Add Crystal Stickles to the hummingbird’s wings and tails.
  Thanks for visiting!
