Let's Celebrate

Good morning!
Spring is in the air...well maybe, but this is the time when the daffodils start to bloom regardless.  Where we live the daffodils bloom in February and they are not yet in full bloom when it snows.
It never fails! LOL!
My card today features the new daffodils and a very
delightful butterfly.

For more ideas on creating with the 5 x 7 Decorative Frame Dies, watch the tutorial at https://youtu.be/qdBFA5VpmSo

Card size: 4 7/8 X 6 7/8”.  Cut white cardstock 6 7/8 X 11 then fold in half for the card base.  Cut the outer die of the Royal Elegance Die from plaid decorative paper cut the large decorative die of this set out of jade color decorative paper, cut the oval decorative die of the set from white then cut out the center.  Cut a piece of foam sheet the match the Royal Elegance outer die then cut the center out to match the oval cut out of decorative dies.  Cut 1 Regal Lattice Gateway (center only) from white.  Glue the lattice white onto the oval plaid piece cut out of the plaid outer die cut.  Glue the decorative stack of die cuts onto foam sheet.  Glue the lattice/plaid oval to card base then glue foam sheet with die cuts on top.

Stamp the butterfly, small daffodil, hyacinth and Floral Shop Filler using black, die cut then color with Copics or favorite coloring method.  Cut the inner decorative butterfly die from vellum, glue it to the colored butterfly then glue butterfly to the top right corner.  Glue the daffodil, hyacinth and filler to the bottom left side.

Stamp the sentiment onto decorative paper then glue it to the center at an angle.  Glitter card. Butterfly and flowers with Ultrafine glitter then add a crinkled white seam binding bow.  Add a brown pearl to butterfly head.

Thanks for visiting!
