Instructions:

Card size: 5 1/4 X 6 3/4", it is about 1/2" thick.   Card is folded at the top.  See video for making shaped cards above.  Main point is to let the die (outer die of the Majestic Swirl Frames) hang over the folded edge about 1/2" so that fold isn’t cut away.  Now cut the full outer die from white again and from foam sheet.  Glue the full fronts (white and foam) together then onto card front matching sides and bottom edges.  (foam may need to rest overnight to regain its shape).  Cut the decorative die from white and glue to card front, set the card aside to work on gateway.

Cut the outer die of Gateway from white and foam sheet (let foam rest to reshape).  Cut the decorative part of Gateway from white twice, glue both together, cut center so that it opens (it comes already mostly cut) then glue to Gateway stack.   Glue a winter scene from the decorative paper to the back of Gateway to show through opening in gate.  Cut the straight Starry Night Border Die and glue it to the bottom of the Gateway.   Now the Gateway can be glued to the card base matching bottoms for a nice appearance when the card is open on display.

Stamp the tree twice using Bamboo Leaves, dot Snow Pen on and heat to puff up.  Stamp berries twice using Rich Cocoa and stamp deer once using Rich Cocoa, die cut and color.  Pop up the trees on each side of the Gate sticking 1 berry twig behind each tree.  Glitter the card, trees and berries using Crystal Ultrafine then glue the deer on each side, on top of trees so that bottom of feet match bottom of trees.

Instructions:

Card size: 5 X 6 1/2".  Fold is at the top, place die on folded cardstock so that die over-hangs the top fold by at least 1/2".  Using the outer die again, cut a full front and glue it to folded card.  Cut 2 pieces of very light decorative paper using the outer die again (1 is for the inside).  Stamp the decorative paper (1 piece) with sentiment using Deep Purple then glue onto front and the other piece inside.  Sponge the edges of card with Deep Purple.

Cut the decorative part of Gateway out of silver also cut the Happy Birthday Ironworks sentiment out of silver as well.  Glue the sentiment inside of card and the Gateway on the front (be sure to clean off any glue so that the silver stays nice and shiny).  Cut the center of Gateway at the top and bottom so that it can open.

Stamp 2 Magnolia Bud branches, the birds/nest and the planter with tree stem using black, die cut all and color.  Glue stem of bud branch onto stem of planter then cut any excess off stems.  Use pop-ups to adhere the planter and branches.  Glue the nest in branch on top then glue little birds.

Stamp Magnolias (small) using Rose Madder then die cut and sponge backs.  Stamp small leaves using Fern Green, die cut then sponge front and back.  Shape flowers and leaves in the mold.  Glue 2 blossoms together for each flower (or more if you like).  Pierce the centers and insert stamen (dyed with Deep Purple).  Glue 3 flowers and a few leaves to the bottom left corner so that gate can still open.

Glitter using Crystal Clear, flowers top and bottom, wipe glitter off of silver where it clings.  Mix shimmer with lacquer then paint the leaves.

Thanks for visiting today!

John 1  Speaking of Jesus, the Son of God

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not [a]comprehend it.

14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

These are just stunning Robin. My favourite is the Christmas card - so inspired with all the dies and images that you have used.
