Elizabeth Craft Designs- Birthday Wishes Shabby Chic

Hello friends

I'm sharing another shabby chic design today, using a paper distresser, tearing and Vintage Photo Distress Ink.

The ribbon has a vintage look as well, a velvet with lace edges.  I colored the white pearl with a Copic/Olo pen to give it an old look.
