HC Camper Easel

Good morning!
Today is the last of my camper cards for now as next week
we have a NEW collection to debut!!
This card is a shaped easel card!
I partially stood up the ice bucket full of drinks and the firepit as well to give this scene a great REAL campsite
vibe!  Just think of all the fun you can have!

For more tips on creating with the flower shaping molds, watch the tutorial at https://youtu.be/FSdPL7nXvQE
Instructions:
Card size: 4 X 5 1/2".  Cut a piece of white cardstock 5 1/2 X 8 1/4" then fold in half.  Place trailer die over folded card with top edge hanging over so that it does not cut through top, leaving a “hinge” for opening card. Fold front of card in half again to form the easel.   Stamp, color and cut another Trailer card front then glue to bottom half of card front only.  Stamp, color and cut extra door for camper and pop up.  Pop up an extra hub cap.  Cut sentiment from decorative paper with oval and pop up over larger oval then place inside of card to act as a stop for the easel.
Stamp, color and die cut potted plants, firepit and ice bucket with drinks. Pop up top of firepit and ice bucket to make them look up-right when open.  To make the trailer sit straighter when open, glue the potted plants to left side to balance.  The wheel will tuck behind inside sentiment when open to keep it open for viewing.
Glitter trailer inside and out.

My next card is done with the Frame A Card die set used with and without the decorative inset to make this double framed Lilac card.

Instructions:
Card size: 5 1/2 X 7 1/2" Cut white cardstock 11 X 7 1/2", fold in half.  Cut a piece of lilac paper 5 1/4 X 7 1/4" then glue it to the card base.   On a grid surface, from white, cut 2 long frame pieces (A: 6”) (without the insert) and 2 shorter pieces (B:5”) to form the 5 X 7” frame then place foam on the back and set aside.  Cut 2 short (B) with insert, and 2 shorter pieces (C:4”) to form the inside frame.  Glue the decorative frame onto lilac paper, centering then pop up the plain frame over it.  Add a line of pearls to each corner.  Cut a piece of decorative paper to fit in the center “window” and glue it down.
Using black, stamp two birds (Songs of Spring), the Lilac umbrella and a lilac spray, die cut and color with Copics or favorite coloring method.  Stamp small Peonies using Tea Rose, Stamp lilac blossoms using Majestic Violet, Deep Purple and Magenta Hue, sponge with same colors then die cut and form in the shaping mold (see video). Add Light green Prills to the centers of the lilac and yellow stamen to the peony.  Cut out a small tag from the decorative paper.
Glue the umbrella to the bottom right side then glue lilac blossoms onto some of the lilacs in the image.  Glue the tag on to the umbrella handle then tie a small bow (peony color) and glue it to the tag hole.  Glue the spray to the top left then add lilac blossoms and peony to it.

For the birds- Use the shaping tools and mat to give the bodies a little roundness then pop up onto the image on the paper in the center of card.  Add some lilac blossoms with the birds.  Glitter all the flowers.

Thanks for visiting today!

Jeremiah 17:9-10 New King James Version (NKJV)

“The heart is deceitful above all things,
And [a]desperately wicked;
Who can know it?
10 I, the Lord, search the heart,
I test the [b]mind,
Even to give every man according to his ways,
According to the fruit of his doings.
Funny, I was just thinking of this verse the other day and thinking of a situation where even the most devout person could fall, we can not know our own hearts...if we think we do then we are already ready for a fall.

You are one very talented lady, my friend. Both cards are absolutely gorgeous! I love how you turned the camper into an easel card. And that double frame on the lilac card is so clever and gorgeous.
