HC Tea Time Debut -You Are So Beau-Tea-Ful To Me

Good morning!
I just love tea pots and cups probably because of my mother.
She had a collection of not only beautiful floral tea cups
that she kept in a glass doored cabinet but she also
had quite a collection of unusual tea sets (the teapot, creamer and sugar).  I used to love just looking at them.
She used to take me down the street to a neighbor's house who would serve us tea in fancy cups and then they would talk while I played with our neighbor's button collection tin.
I loved the smell of my neighbor's house, it smelled
like a tea house.
I might just tell you, my mom was from Texas where
they drink a lot of sweet tea.  My mom gave me sweet tea
in my baby bottle.  Tea has been a "thing"
for me ever since.  I do not drink it with sugar anymore
thank goodness or I'd be as big as a house but I still LOVE
my tea hot or iced.

I love baby roses or rose buds, they are my favorite!

For more tips on creating with the flower shaping molds, watch the tutorial at https://youtu.be/FSdPL7nXvQE
Instructions:
Card size: 5 X 7”.  10 X 7 white cardstock folded in half.  Cut yellow cardstock 4 3/4 X 6 3/4" then glue to card base.  Cut 1 white Eyelet Lace Frame then glue to yellow.  Adhere the swirly pearls to the Eyelet Lace Frame

Stamp teapot twice, die cut 1 complete and die cut the other in 2 places, the lid and the label.  Die cut the teapot and the lid from Fun Foam.  Color teapot, lid and label.  Stamp the label with the sentiment.

Stamp the leaves using Fern Green, sponge with Leaf Green, die cut and form (see video).  Stamp roses using Rose Madder, sponge with Buttercup and Rose Madder, form in mold.  Punch small Sepal (sponge with Leaf Green) for the bottoms of roses.  When making rose buds start with forming around stamen, add 2 or 3 more layers and finally add sepal at the bottom, let dry, sponge wires with green.  Gloss the leaves, glitter the flowers.

Glue colored teapot to foam, glue lid to foam.  Glue the teapot to the card leaving left foot free for now.  Glue the lid to the teapot.  Foam tape the label to the teapot (It needed to be a little less in height).  Glue the leaves to the bottom of card and under the left foot of teapot then secure foot to card.  Add rose buds.  Glitter the teapot and card.
Thank you for visiting today!
